Open Car Night
What: “Come join us at TGPR as we host Open Car Days (and Nights!) where we open up the raceway for anyone looking to drive their car on a safe, open track! Bring your suped-up station wagon or your polished Porsche — these events are for all makes and models! Grab a friend, grab your helmet, and put the pedal to the metal without fear of a traffic citation”
If you’re looking for a way to get maximum track time for minimum dollar, look no further than TGP, it may be a little bit of a drive from Atlanta and not as flashy as some of the other tracks but it’s absolutely a blast.
Where: Talladega Gran Prix Raceway
When: November 6
Cost: $160 for a day or $80 for night if tickets are purchased 14 days before- after that, prices go up to $180 for the day and $100 for the night

Caffeine & Octane
What: “Caffeine and Octane is a nationally recognized all makes, all models car show that regularly attracts over 2000 vehicles and 15,000 fans. The event is held (rain or shine) the first Sunday morning of each month from 8AM – 11AM at Perimeter Mall, located on the Northside of Atlanta in Dunwoody GA. The Caffeine and Octane faithful get up very early to watch the parade of cars that begin arriving well before sunrise. C&O is free to exhibit and free for spectators. All show spaces are first come first serve. No pre-registration is required for parking. Arrive early for the best spots.”

Petit Le Mans
What: This is the 24th year for Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta. If you aren’t familiar, this is the endurance race that uses similar rules established for the 24 Hours of Le Mans in France. It is a prime event to watch fantastic racing, tailgate and camp with many opportunities to catch some awesome cars, meet up with car clubs and sometimes even get opportunities to meet some professional racers.
If you would like to volunteer as a track worker for the event, check in with the Atlanta Region SCCA. They’ll even give a guest of yours a free ticket to get to the event in addition to other perks for you in exchange for your time.

Cost: $50-$90 Kids under 12 year olds are free

iTrack “Fall Double Down” 3 Day Drift Event
What: “This year FDD will span across 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) with a total of 30 hours of driving!!!! Yes, 30 hours! Driving will begin on Friday at 12 noon. We will drive into the night ending day one at 10pm. Day 2 will begin at 9am and driving until 11pm and Sunday from 9am to 6pm. All drivers and skill levels will be welcome to join the event. With a unique and technical layout and no set sessions, drivers can go out whenever they want! This makes for a laid back and relaxing weekend. Drive when you want and as much as you want.”

Just Track It
What: “Just Track It was founded in March 2013 to bring affordable track days to car enthusiasts around the Southeastern US. Our mission is to get you on track in your car for the lowest possible price allowing you to enjoy your car at its performance limits. Just Track It open track events feature extensive track time for all driver levels from first timers to seasoned racers. We provide instruction to our novice drivers in the form of in car coaching and classroom chalk talk sessions.”

Jzilla Friendsgiving (HPDE)
What: “Expect six sessions at twenty minutes each per group, rain or shine. Entry fee is $300. All makes and models welcome. Novice drivers will receive instruction from Jzilla Track Days instructors. All our instructors are MSF-certified and utilize the latest techniques.”

Atlanta Driving Society (HPDE)
What: “Join us at one of our seven events for 2021. We will be hosting events at four of the best tracks in the southeast. All events will be HPDE style, meaning all drivers will be split into run groups based on experience and proficiency. Novice drivers will be assigned experienced instructors as well as classroom time to help them get the most out of their car and experience.”

Chin Track Days
What: “Our emphasis is on FUN and skill training, not racing. In our non-competition events, the gentleman and lady sports car driver can practice and learn new advanced driving techniques. Entry level drivers receive high-quality instruction on high-performance driving skills” “Our track event model is based on lower enrollment, fewer run groups, and more track time. Our trademark Chin format utilizes only 3 run groups”
You do have to have a membership for Chin but it’s only $50 for 12 months. Cost includes 3.5 hours of track time per day. Additional coaching is available for another $100.

Cost: 650 ($150 for additional driver) for both days – Sunday only passes may also be available
