Hello guys and gals, I’m excited for Maggie Valley this year and wanted to schedule a cruise in advance. At this time the plan is to meet up at < 5461 South Chestatee, Dahlonega, GA > at 9:30 AM on August 13th and then embark on a beautiful drive through the North Georgia and North Carolina mountains consisting of 172 miles and 3.5 hours of sweeping curves through mountain passes and valleys. There is a mountain cruise scheduled on the event page for 2PM that I would like to participate in, hence the early start. * I did want to say that if there are any suggestions for altering the plan I am open to them, such as any additional stops for overlook views, taking different routes for enhanced scenery, etc. * Please remember to be responsible and respectful during the drive (If you pass another vehicle give ample room between your vehicle and theirs), (No passing on double yellows or blind corners), (Do not try to drive past your comfort zone we can always pull over and regroup).
