Membership Terms and Termination
Memberships, whether purchased or not, are subject to the following conditions:
- You must follow all ShiftAtlanta rules and present yourself as a positive member of the community both online and in person at events, failure to do so can result in the termination of membership. This includes but is not limited to unaccepted revving, burnouts, honing, street racing, speeding, not driving in a safe manner, driving under the influence.
- Excessive negative reviews or comments about professionalism about your yourself or your business could result in a termination of membership
- Termination of membership comes WITHOUT refund.
- Our community is welcoming to all types of people, cars and beliefs. Actions, posts or comments or displays that could reflect negatively on the community can result in the termination of membership. This includes excessive political displays, negative remarks about competing clubs or organizations or other negative comments, particularly those not directly related to cars.
- Exclusive partners are limited to specific industries and generally will not be allowed for events or automotive services that restrict value to our community.
- ShiftAtlanta and Shift Social, LLC have the exclusive right to determine whether membership terms have been violated.
Returns, Cancelation and Disputes
You agree not to dispute credit card changes that were duly authorized and product, service or membership was delivered. You further agree termination of membership for violation of theses Terms and Conditions is not a valid reason to dispute a charge.
We will honor canceling your product, service or membership within 30 days of purchase on condition the product is returned in like new and re-sellable condition, or the service or membership has not been used.
Errors, Inaccuracies And Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
