SELECTION PROCESS

WATCH THE LIVE DRAWING ON FACEBOOK LIVE!
**Sunday, August 2 • 4:00 PM (EST)**
The drawing will be **broadcast LIVE on Facebook from The HangOut, Myrtle Beach location, so be sure to tune in and see if your vehicle is selected!

All participants who register will have their names entered onto a prize wheel. During the LIVE Facebook broadcast from The HangOut, the wheel will be spun to randomly select the **FIRST 20 participants** who will be invited to take part in the **Party at The HangOut Exclusive Vehicle Display**.

Once the first 20 participants have been selected, the remaining participants will be placed back onto the wheel. The wheel will be spun again to randomly select **10 alternate participants**.

These 10 alternates will be placed on a waiting list and will only be contacted if one or more of the original 20 selected participants are unable to attend.

## PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

**• VEHICLE SELECTION**
We are looking to select **20 vehicles**.

**• MUST STAY ON-SITE**
3:45 PM – 10:00 PM
No early departures permitted.

**• HIGH-TRAFFIC AREA**
Expect large crowds and close-up viewing.

**• VEHICLE PROTECTION (OPTIONAL)**
Bring your own ropes/stanchions if desired.
(No equipment provided.)

## SELECTION & ON-CALL LIST

• **10 additional vehicles** will be selected for the **ON-CALL LIST**.
• May be contacted if a selected vehicle cancels.
• Selection as an alternate does **not** guarantee participation.

## CANCELLATION

• If selected and unable to attend, **PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.
• This allows us to offer your space to an on-call participant.
