Take It To The Track Atlanta

An event that brings together some of Atlanta’s biggest car groups, Daily Driven ATL, Gwinnett Meet and German Auto Syndicate to provide a legal outlet for car enthusiasts has taken form. As a testament to the big financial backing of the event, DD Atl Exotics is a key host.

The event is open to all makes and model cars, with no limitations. The event will feature:

  • Laps on the 2.5 mile NASCAR oval track with paced and hot laps
  • Car Show
  • Burnout Box
  • Drift Exhibition
  • Vendor Village

In addition to the car activities there will be giveaways, including 2 cars, gift cards, tuning and much more; live music from multiple performers; swag give aways.

Take It To The Track Hot Lap Vs. Pace Lap

If you are considering joining the Hot Lap or the Pace Lap and not sure which is right for you, or even what the difference is we’ve included some information.

Pace Lap – Laps where you are following a lead driver who is a member of the event setting the pace (speed). These are generally considered lower risk because you can’t go faster than the leader driver. Pace Laps are great ways to just try it out without any fear. They are also ideal for passengers.

Hot Laps – Are laps at speed where you may have rules and limitations, but are generally responsible for staying within the limits of your car and ability. While still generally always safe, Hot Laps do carry a little more risk because you have to know where your limits are. Passengers are not allowed and the safety requirements are slightly higher.

Price: $15 General Admission, DD ATL and GAS Members $5. Track laps additional.
