
Atlanta Motorsports Park announced today that their on site restaurant, Fuel Kitchen, will open Thursday, May 15th. The new cafe will be located inside of the Kart Racing Clubhouse on the 2nd floor. The Atlanta Motorsports Park announcement also indicated that alcohol permits were in the works mean that the cafe will soon be able offer for sale adult beverages.
The new cafe, which has been in the works for sometime, is finally opening. It’s a welcome addition to AMP and another piece of their ever expanding facilities. Still, some construction will still be on going. The dining room won’t be totally finished at opening. Though both dine in and carry options will be available.
The cafe will start off being open for lunch and early dinner Wednesday through Sunday, with listed hours of 11am to 7pm. Expanded hours are expected once the dining room is complete and the ability to offer alcohol is available Expect all of that to be available this summer.

Fuel Kitchen is being led by executive chef Jason Perry who joins Atlanta Motorsports Park after being in roles such as Executive Chef at Polo Fields Golf and Country Club in Cumming, Executive Chef at Ruth’s Chris Steak House locations in Alpharetta, Kennesaw and Greenville.
The Fuel Kitchen menu features a wide area of favorites from chicken tenders and wings, ,burgers, salads, wraps and more.
